• Each pair of jeans is a one-of-a-kind, upcycled piece, and minor variations in size, color, and fit may occur.

• The size on the label does not reflect the final fit due to the upcycling process.

• Product images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly.

 

3. Digital Products (E-Book)

 When purchasing a digital product (such as the Vintage Color Combinations – Vol. 1 e-book), you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for       personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, public sharing (including uploading to websites, cloud drives, or messaging platforms), or any commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal consequences.

We appreciate your support and respect for the creative work behind this product.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in CHF and include Swiss VAT.

• We accept payments via PayPal.

• Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.

• Refunds are processed via PayPal after the item is inspected.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Liability & Warranty

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or washing of the jeans.

• Our products are sold "as is." Due to their upcycled nature, minor imperfections may be present and are not considered defects.
