Products are shipped via Swiss Post. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

In rare cases, delays may occur at the warehouse or carrier level, which could extend delivery times.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

• Refunds will be issued to your account after the returned item has been inspected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
